Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
- 10 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 slices fresh bread, broken up
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook meat and drain.
- Beat eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. Layer bread, meat and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased.
- Pour egg mixture over top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake next morning at 350° for 45 minutes.
- This recipe can easily be cut in half to serve fewer people.
