Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 3/4 lb. ham
- 1/2 lb. Genoa salami
- 3/4 lb. pepper loaf
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
Method
- Let bread rise as directed on package.
- Cut each loaf in two. Roll each piece into a flat oblong, about 10 x 12 inches.
- Layer, alternating meat and cheese, until all ingredients are used and all four pieces of bread are covered.
- Roll up like a jelly roll. Tuck ends under.
