Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 3/4 lb. ham
  • 1/2 lb. Genoa salami
  • 3/4 lb. pepper loaf
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese

Method

  • Let bread rise as directed on package.
  • Cut each loaf in two. Roll each piece into a flat oblong, about 10 x 12 inches.
  • Layer, alternating meat and cheese, until all ingredients are used and all four pieces of bread are covered.
  • Roll up like a jelly roll. Tuck ends under.
