Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. cold milk

Method

  • Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
  • Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoon milk until smooth.
  • Fold in half of Cool Whip, spread over crust.
  • Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Delish!
