Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Chocolate instant pudding
- 3 1/2 c. cold milk
Method
- Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
- Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoon milk until smooth.
- Fold in half of Cool Whip, spread over crust.
- Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Delish!
