Ingredients

  • 1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in skillet.
  • Set over medium heat and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla; beat until blended evenly.
  • Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan and spread to corners.
  • Chill before cutting into squares.
