Ingredients
- 1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in skillet.
- Set over medium heat and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla; beat until blended evenly.
- Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan and spread to corners.
- Chill before cutting into squares.
