Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
- 1 egg
- 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Cook shells in boiling water until almost tender.
- Set aside. Combine egg, Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella together.
- Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture into each shell.
- Pour a thin layer of sauce in bottom of casserole dish.
- Arrange shells on top of sauce.
- Continue, layering shells and sauce.
- Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
