Ingredients

  • 1 pound soba
  • noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound beef tenderloin sliced, thinly
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 baby bok choy or 1 handful cabbage, leaves, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped
  • five-spice teaspoon Chinese
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 cilantro handf, chopped

Method

  • Put the noodles on to cook.
  • Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook for 1 minute. Add the onion, bok choy, celery and peppers. Cook 3-4 minutes, then add the five-spice.
  • Drain the noodles and add to the wok. Toss with oyster sauce and serve with cilantro sprinkled over top.
