Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. large tapioca or 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
- pinch of salt
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Method
- Heat water; add sugar and salt.
- Bring to boil and add tapioca and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes until tapioca is clear. Immediately add jello.
- Frozen strawberries can be put in while hot to melt.
- Cool before adding fresh strawberries.
- This is also good to use with fresh peaches and peach jello.
