Ingredients
- 8 to 10 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
Method
- Brown sausage; stir until crumbly.
- Drain well.
- Put bread cubes in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Lay cheese on top of bread.
- Put sausage on top of cheese.
- Beat eggs; add 2 cups of milk and seasoning as desired.
- Pour liquid mixture over layered ingredients.
- Cover; refrigerate overnight.
