Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 (10 oz.) strawberries, thawed
- 3 firm, ripe mashed bananas
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (pulp and juice)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Pour boiling water over gelatin.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add crushed pineapple, pulp and juice.
- This will cool the gelatin enough to add strawberries, bananas and pecans.
- Mix well and pour into individual molds or oblong molds.
- Refrigerate to congeal. Top with whip cream.
