Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 6 mashed bananas
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 large pkg. sour cream
Method
- Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
- Cool.
- Add fruit and nuts.
- Pour half of mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Congeal in fridge.
- Reserve other half at room temperature.
- Spread sour cream over congealed mixture.
- Pour the rest of jello mixture over.
- Put back in fridge and congeal.
