- 1 1/2 pt. sweetened strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 3 c. cold milk
- 3 c. frozen whipped topping
- 2 boxes vanilla pudding
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Method
- Heat the sweetened berries with the gelatin until the gelatin dissolves.
- (Do not add water.)
- Set aside to cool.
- Beat together the milk and pudding.
- Stir in the sour cream, then fold in the frozen whipped topping.
- Layer wafers, pudding mixture and strawberry mixture.
- Repeat, topping with pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving time.
