Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pt. sweetened strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 3 c. frozen whipped topping
  • 2 boxes vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Method

  • Heat the sweetened berries with the gelatin until the gelatin dissolves.
  • (Do not add water.)
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Beat together the milk and pudding.
  • Stir in the sour cream, then fold in the frozen whipped topping.
  • Layer wafers, pudding mixture and strawberry mixture.
  • Repeat, topping with pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving time.
