Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup early peas
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, julienned
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- soy sauce, to taste
Method
- Scramble eggs. Try to break them up as small as possible.
- Heat up oil in medium-sized pan.
- Add in rice, egg, onion, carrots, and peas. Cook 3-5 or until vegetables are tender.
- Heat through, then add in soy sauce.
- Can be served with other ingredients. Mix it up and enjoy!
