Ingredients
- 2 scallions, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. watercress, packed
- 1 tsp. tarragon, minced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Will keep 5 to 7 days.
- Stir before serving. Makes 1 cup.
