Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) pkg. Brownberry Caesar salad croutons
  • 1 lb. can red salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli

Method

  • In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and soup.
  • Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper, onion and chopped broccoli into a buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
