Ingredients
- 3 c. mashed figs
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Method
- Combine mashed figs, sugar and jello and mix thoroughly.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Slowly bring to a boil and boil slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pour into jars and process in water bath for 10 minutes.
- Can be mixed and stored in refrigerator overnight.
