Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pt. whole strawberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Combine softened cream cheese, milk and sugar, mixing well until blended.
- Spread onto bottom of pastry shell.
- Cover with 1 pint strawberries.
