Ingredients
- 1 large strawberry Jell-O
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- large can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 small pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 bananas, mashed
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add pineapple, strawberries and pecans.
- Stir in mashed bananas.
- Pour half of mixture into mold and let congeal.
- When firm, spread sour cream over this layer. Pour the other Jell-O mixture over sour cream.
- Congeal overnight.
