Ingredients

  • 1 large strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 small pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 bananas, mashed

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
  • Add pineapple, strawberries and pecans.
  • Stir in mashed bananas.
  • Pour half of mixture into mold and let congeal.
  • When firm, spread sour cream over this layer. Pour the other Jell-O mixture over sour cream.
  • Congeal overnight.
