Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces ground beef
- 3 3/8 tablespoons salsa
- 3 3/8 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 can kidney beans
- mashed potatoes
- shredded cheddar
Method
- 1. Cook ground beef over medium-high heat, until brown and crumbly. I used a pot.
- 2. Stir in all the other ingredients except the mashed potatoes and cheese.
- 3. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow mixture to simmer and thicken.
- 4. Turn off the heat, scoop the mashed potatoes onto the meat. Add the cheese and cover for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
