Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cut-up fryer
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Mix rice (uncooked), broth and soups into a baking dish. Place cut-up chicken over the mixture.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
