Ingredients
- 2 c. vegetables
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Method
- Place oil in skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry 30 minutes.
- Add vegetables to time it takes to cool.
- Mix cornstarch and soy sauce, add to vegetables.
- Cover and cook until vegetables are tender but crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
