Ingredients
- 6 Brioche Rolls
- 1/3 Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 4-6oz Stilton Cheese crumbled
- 3 pears thin wedges
- 1/2C toasted pumpkin seeds
Method
- Preheat oven to 375.Cut rounded tops off rolls, then slice in half horizontally. Brush insides of rolls with pumpkin seed oil. Placed brushed side up on a baking sheet, and bake until golden brown 7-10 minutes. While still warm place cheese, pears on toasted rolls.
- 2. Arrange rolls ona serving tray. Top with pumpkin seeds and remaining oil.
