Ingredients
- 1 medium can crushed, unsweetened pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 small package apricot jello
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temp
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
- 2 envelopes dream whip
Method
- Bring pineapple to a boil. Add sugar and jello from package. Stir, set aside to cool.
- Soften cream cheese with milk.
- Prepare dream whip according to package directions.
- Blend all ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into mold, chill several hours before un-molding.
