Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut (found in Hispanic food aisle)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 -3 tablespoons shredded coconut
Method
- Boil the rice according to the directions on the box or bag.
- Stir in the cream of coconut, bananas, and shredded coconut.
