Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light Karo
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Grease cookie sheet with butter.
- Combine sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat without stirring until 280° (about 20 minutes).
- Stir down and return to heat until 295°. Remove and stir in baking soda.
- Pour onto baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over brittle.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
