Ingredients
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Method
- Instead of red wine vinegar, you may substitute other vinegars (cider, white or white wine).
- You may also use any dry white wine.
- Beer works well, too.
- Prepared mustard or brown mustard may be used instead of Dijon mustard.
- About 1/4 teaspoon each of basil, oregano and thyme may be substituted for the Italian seasoning.
