Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncle ben
  • converted rice slow cooking
  • 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream onion soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • paprika
  • 1 piece chicken legs thighs, wings, split breasts

Method

  • Use roasting pan or large casserole dish and spread rice on bottom.
  • Put all soups plus milk on top and swirl with spatula to mix them together.
  • Lay pieces of chicken on top; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
  • Best cooked slowly so rice will absorb all the flavor.
