Ingredients
- 6 squash, sliced (1 qt.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Method
- Cook squash until tender; drain and mash.
- Add margarine, cheese, egg, onion, milk and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs.
- Put into buttered dish and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
