Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen pasta and vegetable combination
Method
- In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chicken and brown.
- Mix soup, water and vegetable combination well.
- Pour this mixture over chicken.
- Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
