Method
- *I used ratio 1:1, except vegetable oil*
- 1. Start with low heat. Add vegetable oil, garlic and shallot, keep sauteeing till its soft and tender.
- 2. add tamarind paste, palm sugar and white vinegar, keep simmering in a low heat till the sauce getting thick.
- Note. You can adjust the ratio of these ingredients
- according to your taste. It is much easier to stir fry pad thai rice noodles when you have pad thai sauce ready. Enjoy cooking!
