Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked squash
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. green cooked peppers
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked chopped onion
- 1 small sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a baking dish lined with crust made from crumbled corn bread; press down with melted butter. Crumble more corn bread over the top with melted butter over it. Bake at 350° until brown.
