Ingredients
- 2 c. yellow squash, cooked
- 1 grated carrot, cooked
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned dressing
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Mix 1 stick of margarine (melted) with the first 5 ingredients.
- Mix half of dressing with rest of ingredients. Leave half of dressing to top the mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
