Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp greek oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
Method
- Put first 7 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add pinto beans. Add water if dry.
