Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash, cooked
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated onion
- 1 pkg. stuffing
- 1 chopped pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Mix ingredients, using only 1/2 package stuffing mix.
- Place in buttered casserole and cover with remaining 1/2 package stuffing browned in butter.
- Bake 25 minutes at 375°.
- (Crackers may be substituted for stuffing for top.
- I like half and half.)
