Ingredients
- 1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can chili
- green pepper
- green onion stems
- shredded Velveeta cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- Spread cream cheese in bottom of cake pan.
- Smooth chili over cream cheese.
- Chop green pepper and onion stems.
- Sprinkle over chili to taste.
- Cover with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 250° until cheese is melted.
