Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked squash
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- hot oil
Method
- Combine ingredients except oil.
- Mix well and drop mixture into hot oil.
- Brown on both sides.
