Ingredients
- 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped peanuts
Method
- Beat first 6 ingredients together until blended.
- Add sugar to make a stiff dough.
- Knead with hands to blend well.
- Knead in nuts.
- Press into a well buttered 8-inch square pan and cool.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes 2 pounds.
