Ingredients
- 1 bag 12 Oz Baby Spinach
- 2 pieces Tomatoes, Seeded And Chopped Small
- 25 leaves Lemon Basil - Or Basil With A Splash Of Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Feta Crumbles
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Champagne Vinegar
- Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste
Method
- Chop the spinach into small pieces and place into a bowl.
- Add the next 3 ingredients and mix well.
- Add oil and vinegar a little at a time until it taste good to you.
- Season with kosher salt and pepper.
