Ingredients
- 3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. sour cream
- pepper
Method
- Cook spinach
- in
- water.
- Drain
- and squeeze out excess water. Add sour cream, soup mix and pepper.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to
- 30 minutes,
- until
- lightly browned.
- Serves 8.
