Ingredients

  • Creamed Mushrooms (recipe in Vegetables section)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese (2 c.)
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Spread about 1/2 cup of Creamed Mushrooms in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  • Layer noodles (seasoned with pepper), broccoli, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, remaining Creamed Mushrooms and Parmesan cheese 3 times.
  • Bake in preheated 325° oven for 45 minutes.
  • Let stand 20 minutes before cutting into servings. Serves 6.
