Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped prosciutto
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 6 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 bag spinach, stemmed
- 2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. grated Romano
Method
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add prosciutto and garlic; saute 3 minutes.
- Add wine, lemon juice and sugar; simmer 5 minutes.
- Transfer to bowl and cool completely.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
