Ingredients

  • 1/2 pck. frozen puff pastry
  • 1- 3oz. pck cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/3 c half and half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1- 10oz pck chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2c grated cheddar
  • 1/4 c parmesan
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • s&p

Method

  • Preheat oven 425 F. Roll puff pastry to 11 in. square. Place in 9 in. glass pie plate. Trim edges. Beat cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in half and half and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into crust. Bake until crust is golden and filling is set, about 25min. Cool 10 minutes.
