Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 30 oz. jar Ragu sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 c. water
Method
- Mix Ricotta, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper together.
