Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix (dry mix)
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Method
- Thaw and squeeze a 10 ounce package of chopped spinach until dry.
- Stir together spinach and next 5 ingredients.
- Blend well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Stir before serving.
- Serve in hollowed out round bread with any type of veggie.
- Cut bread into cubes and serve with dip.
