Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/3 c. oil
Method
- Chop cabbage, pepper and onion.
- Put in large bowl and cover with sugar.
- Heat vinegar, oil, salt, mustard and celery seed to a boil.
- Pour over cabbage mixture.
- Pack in jars and chill.
- Keeps for 2 weeks.
