Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cup Chicken Broth (preferred) or Water
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 clove Minced Garlic
- 7 oz Bag of Mexican Noodles
Method
- Prepare onions and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a small pot, add noodles.
- Once noodles begin to brown add onion and garlic; cook 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add chicken bouillon, tomato sauce, and broth.
- Once soup begins to boil, turn down just below a simmer; stirring occasionally, cook an additional 10 - 15 minutes, or until noodles become soft.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
