Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cup Chicken Broth (preferred) or Water
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 clove Minced Garlic
  • 7 oz Bag of Mexican Noodles

Method

  • Prepare onions and garlic.
  • Heat the oil in a small pot, add noodles.
  • Once noodles begin to brown add onion and garlic; cook 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken bouillon, tomato sauce, and broth.
  • Once soup begins to boil, turn down just below a simmer; stirring occasionally, cook an additional 10 - 15 minutes, or until noodles become soft.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy!
