Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (blue box)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. round bread (pumpernickel is best)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours. Hollow out round bread, saving excess bread for dipping.
- Fill round bread with mixture.
- Cut excess bread into cubes for dipping into spinach dip.
