Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry leek soup mix
- 3/4 c. each: chopped parsley and green onions
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. salad seasoning mix
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- Squeeze spinach of excess moisture; finely chop and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Stir in soup mix, mixing well.
- Fold in spinach, other chopped vegetables and seasonings.
