Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
Method
- Blend soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Stir in spinach, cheese and water chestnuts.
- Cover.
- Chill 2 hours.
