Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. potatoes
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic
Method
- Cut washed potatoes (with or without skins) into 1-inch cubes. Do not blot dry.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a plastic bag.
- Toss potatoes in bag to coat them.
- Evenly spread potatoes in one layer on lightly greased dish or pan.
- Bake at 425° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Turn potatoes every 15 minutes.
