Ingredients
- 8 c. vinegar
- 8 c. water
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. dill seed, per jar
- 2 cloves garlic, per jar
- 2 small hot peppers, per jar
- fresh okra, washed
Method
- Boil vinegar, water and salt for 10 minutes.
- Pack okra in jars.
- Place dill seed, garlic and peppers in each jar.
- Pour hot vinegar mixture over okra.
- Seal.
- Allow to pickle for about two weeks.
